I feel sorry for the employee who gets his locker and his copy of the employee handbook.

The emphasis on the headline for his dismissal, appears to be his activities were noisy. I have heard plenty of people doing noisy 5hlts in cubicles in my time. None of them got sacked for 5hltting in a toilet, or even making a noise.
Personally, I have tugged one out in loads of places: clients bathrooms (using a wedding photo of the house-owner as a visual stimulus), building sites, office toilets. etc.

The sacked employee must have already been on a final warning for other stuff. It seems a tad harsh, but perhaps his activities were during worktime (as opposed to his lunch break).

 

I disengage, I turn the page.

I did have a tug with my mates mrs used knickers once in his bathroom.
Silky and au natural smell.
Should've emptied their washing basket so epic fail on his part.
