We will see. Any club with any competent management, would not sell a star player without a decent replacement already lined up. Should we be at the week before the new season starts without a new RB, then obviously things remain its inept self.

We have a scouting system of about 4 people great isn't it for a top flight team. Clearly nothing has changed.
