Football is a very partisan sport but at times like this we can, at least for a while, put our affiliations aside. And, Bury's problems certainly put our own concerns into perspective.

Incidentally one of my first Palace matches was against Bury in the autumn of 1964 and you beat us 2-0 in the old 2nd Division.

I really hope you can rise from the ashes.
