Ballo Toure is a starter at Monaco. Considering how much Monaco charges and the age of this bloke, it would take a 30 million offer. I'm nit saying he's worth that and I know Palace would never pay more than 10 million.

We've been linked with Jamal Lewis and the 18 year old kid from Feance. Who could make up the rumor avout Ballo Toure? I don't believe it for a second.

I wouldn't know whether to believe it or not, but what I would say is that The Times tends to be a little more reliable than other press sources and is not frequently given to flights of fancy. They don't tend to rely on sensationalist football stories to sell papers.
