| Am watching the Looserpool V Arse from 1989 on ITV atm & saw Steve Staunton was playing, he also played for us as did Ray Houghton. Also we have Mama & Tekkers & Kelly. So, are L'pool the club that most Palace transfer players from?
This operation, will make the 'Charge Of The Light Brigade' seem like a simple military exercise. | |

| Also, going back to the 1970s, we signed Peter Wall from Liverpool - a left back and 1st team regular for many years prior to the Kenny Sansom era. Originally posted by eagleman13

| Did we also have that lad that passed away a few years after playing for us on loan from Liverpool? I think he’s name began with an ‘I’. I remember him playing in a dull goalless draw at Scunny. Was it Idranej?

| Us older fans will remember a seemingly endless parade of ex-West Brom players ending up at Selhurst Park in the mid 60s. Keith Smith, Derek Kevan, Brian Wood, Dave Burnside, Roy Horobin, Tony Millington, Jack Bannister - with most of them on our books at the same time for at least a period.
