Not quite, but there have been 26 world cup or euro finals since '66, Germany have been in 12, Italy 7, France 5, Spain and Holland 4, Czech/oSlovakia has 2 and even Yugoslavia has 1, russia and portugal also have 2 and belg, greece, denmark and croatia complete the list. We are the Alan Fitz Bong of european football, we scored nothing, not a sausage b*gger all. We can only get the occasional semi.

Even in the last one, where the coach received an honour from the Queen for the side's glorious performance, England lost 3 out of 7 matches, and only won 3 matches in 'regulation play' - two of which were against minnows.
