It appear from an article this morning, Kelly, Schlupp and Tompkins are unlikely to feature again this season. Tompkins and Schulpp are now very injury prone and relying on them for a season is very doubtful.

As Roy stated after the match on Saturday this situation may well get worse as we have a lot of games to be played in a short space of time and he felt that would prevent us from challenging for Europe this season. Also this might of been a nudge to the owners. With an ageing squad we do need to keep refreshing it. The virus situation will effect us more than the top spenders in the league which is a worry for new recruits. What ramifications it will have on the transfer market is anybodies guess. We'll get Mr Reliable Wickham back at the end of the season and we can guarantee he won't be injured.

To be fair, if we make into Europe at least with our current squad we will be able to make savings by booking the coaches through SAGA.
