I concur with these sentiments.
I too don't begrudge him a move to a bigger club that has real prospects of winning silverware.
In terms of £70-80 Mill, I really believe this is 'Cloud cuckoo land'.

The way things are going he may move to a "bigger" club but quite possibly not a "big" club". I worry for him that he may have missed the boat on that one.

Yes I am in agreement on this matter.

Clearly not fit and wasnít able to go at people at pace, but he was still our most dangerous passer - slipped at least 4-5 into the box which is more than the rest of the team combined.

He wasnít good, but probably a 6/10, which Iíd make our best performer on the day.

Tactics are utter utter s***e - there is no plan to create chances outside of hoping Wilf or Ayew produce a moment of magic, which just isnít sustainable.

3 defensive midfielders at home to Burnley is taking the piss. 1 sub in 75 mins (which is one DM replacing another) is a disgrace, even more so when youíre entitled to 5.

There cannot be a less dangerous flank in the Prem than Ward and Townsend down the right.. thatís a top half championship pairing.

Weíre not even close to being worth watching at the moment - £600+ a season ticket to see 20 goals and maybe 5 wins. Itís pathetic.

Iím not worried for him at all, he has been massively rewarded for kicking a ball around for an average team. All his performances have done this year is convince the decent teams that they probably donít need him. At £35m to £40m a team may still take a punt, but with his sell on fee to Manure, Parish wonít sell him at such a price so he is possibly stuck with us until his contract ends, or the last year of it.

I love Joel Ward but I completely agree with this. He gives nothing going forward and treats the ball like a hot potato. It got the point where Andros would try and take on 3 defenders to get a cross in before thinking of passing back to Joel.
He gives everything for Palace but we need to upgrade this. Someone like a Cedric Soares who can get forward at speed and put in some dangerous crosses and get some assists.

I was reliably informed the other day that he has signed a contract to stay at Arsenal.

completely agree - no one forced him to sign a £130k a week contract for 5 years.

By sulking all season he has massively reduced his chances of getting a decent move

Wilf didnít look fit last night but still usually occupied 2-3 of the opposition which should have created space for others. I donít think itís fair or accurate to say that he wasnít trying.

Zaha hasnít had the best of seasons and from that perspective this close season is a good time to give him the move he wants.

However, the financial landscape has now changed and I think we would Ď only Ď get around £45-50m.

Zaha sprung into life when put on the right. Considering Townsend is left footed and Zaha right footed, I struggle to say that we are using the correct tactics.
I have a sneaky suspicion that Zaha has stated that he wants to be on the right and that explains a lot about this season.

Still made the best cross of the game. If the defender hadnít got a slight touch Jimmy Mcarthur could have easily scored the header.

Ward didnít do much wrong for a full back at Palace.
Iíd be more angry with the midfield three, well actually more two, being pretty damn dead at attacking anything if i didnít expect that every bleeding game now.
Jimmy tries and has moments of skill or movement but how we could do with a Cantwell or Moritz or McNeil type player now.

Informed by a learned gentleman.

I don't have any recollection of perusing the Arsenal website. I certainly don't view a plethora of club websites in search of information.
