Does anyone know if the Americans are any nearer selling their share of the club? They indicated over a year ago that they wanted out and unless someone comes in who is prepared to inject some cash then relegation is guaranteed and with it the value of theAmerican's investment plummets. So why aren't they selling?????

My guess is that nobody is truly interested in part ownership and limited control.

No.He will be at the helm next season.

He has proven he can keep the team in the PL on a limited spend and such managers are 'Manna from heaven' for Boards.

Is it? The ownership structure of the club is deliberately set up to make it really hard to follow where the money goes, but there are obviously serious amounts being paid out to service companies in rent and in interest which can only be going directly or indirectly to the owners.

They are not doing this for nothing.

I'm actually at the point where if we see no investment on the playing side of things, we should start to protest.
At least we signed a right back, only two years after we needed one.
I would rather we were owned by Mike Ashley than this shower.
