More seriously, we're paying out the best part of £20m for Eze and looking to bring in other players, including a striker who is likely to cost upward of £15m.

With the increased costs that the academy will incur and the loss of matchday income, I don't begrudge the club asking for a fiver. We got the Oxford game free.

Of course, what the club are banking on is that fans will pay up to see Eze who will probably be in the squad (Possibly on the bench rather than a starter).

Will I pay up? Probably.
