Didn't see a thread on Dann already, but do we cash in?

I can't imagine that our list of injured CBs would allow us to sell Dann at the moment, but these stories must come out of somewhere.

The irony is that Fulham have shipped 10 goals this season and I am certain Scottie is not the answer to that.

A fully fit Scott Dann for a season would greatly help Fulham. It's unlikely, but in the crapshoot of PL survival, it's not a daft idea for them.

The question is: do we have the confidence to cash in if we get a silly offer. In this regard, I would trust Roy's call.

Tomkins, Sakho, Kelly, Kouyate maybe Jairo, maybe Ferguson. We are not without cover.

If you want to live in a world full of kindness, respect and love, try to show these qualities.

Would be an interesting call in any case, not easy!

I thought Dann was well on his way out last couple of seasons but recently he has performed well for us which has kept me happy as I certainly feel like he was our best player for a few seasons and one of the most underrated around.

Would be sad to see him go but will always think highly of him.

Now Zaha's got a bit of green grass ahead of him here... and finds Ambrose... not a bad effort!!!!

He's by far the best header on the team (despite Kouyate's goal). I think you keep him.

There will undoubtedly be others on their way out in the next week.

He's been a great servant to the club but it's a position we are over subscribed in.

Would rather we had an extra right winger or striker in the 25.

We do have a lot of back four players - you can again see why at the minute. If we want to shed one, Kelly might make more sense for us - I'm sure it said right side of back 3 /right back on the label when Jairo arrived. On the other hand who would expect to be an EPL squad defender and who'd be comfortably good enough to start at another club?

Sorry mate, totally disagree. Kelly is our most versatile back given he can play at right back or both CB positions. Jairo is left footed so not sure why you refer to him as RB. Our CBs are Sakho, Tomkins, Dann, Kelly and Kouyate who is only now proving that CB may in fact be his best position. The youngsters we have can go, they are just not good enough.

It will depend on the view off Tomkins and Cahill's fitness as well as whether Sakho is staying or going.
If Dann is allowed to leave then we can only assume that all is well elsewhere in the back line.
He can't play every week now anyway and is starting to suffer regular, niggling injuries so maybe he should go?
I really like him - he has been good for us and looks good even now so a shame but as always life goes on.

Actually Ward has also started in every back four position including covering left back for Kelly who was signed to fill the position. Kelly seems to be last choice everywhere he can play at the moment; tbh I'm surprised he hasn't put in a transfer request. If we prefer a midfielder to him in his best position, who's to say we wouldn't prefer another in his second best position. Maybe he's not really fit enough at the moment; otherwise club and player don;t appear to be doing each other much good,

Cahill as well. Also is Jach still around ? Think it depends where you place Dann in the pecking order. The above 4 and Dann have all played a part this and last season. So if we have the same amount of injuries he might be important. Whilst we have strengthened in attack still think our season will hinge on a good, solid defence. Hopefully not as much as last season.

Our best CBs when all fully fit are Cahill, Tomkins and Sakho. I think Kelly could leave as we're now playing a CDM at CB and he's doing a good job at it. There's no real need for Dann now until you say we're in an injury situation like we are now, just typical luck for us!

We have far to many sick notes at the centre back position. We need so many because we struggle to have even 2 of them fit at the same time. If we can get somebody young in who can play 75% of the season I would be happy to let Dann go.
