from whence does a smaller Prem club get its new players ?

opinions & justifications please. For starters....

Over-rated :

- a club's own youth academy, poor returns on investment.
- the Championship..too many other buyers causing inflation.
- older tired players from Champions-League type clubs. Expensive, often broken or de-motivated....Mesut Ozil anybody ?

Under-rated :

- the football clubs of Eastern Europe
- Latin America, proportionately there should be many more of these players in the Prem..cos the good ones are dynamite.

In my opinion, the council estates of South London is as good as the rumour...so not over-rated nor under-rated. There are great players up and down the country with the Croydon accent.
