Turns out that BT Sport Box Office is not available through BT Sport. Yeah, it's unbelievable isn't it? I spent 90 minutes trying to find Box Office, and failed.

Worse still, even if you go into the box office web site, it's far from clear how to purchase. What a load of sh!te.
