All those that have complained about advisors employed by Boris and the like, may wish to comment on this. Have seen nothing on BBC or leftie outlets.

If you can work from home in the suburbs why not in another country? I expect the big multinationals have worked that one out already and are looking to make people redundant, India anyone?

Twenty years ago a chap who worked in our data centre emigrated to NZ but continued to do his job as night shift manager only for him it was during the daytime, everybody was happy.

I take it he has some sort of PR job well I don't care where he lives Mayor Khan hasn't exactly got great PR so this chap isn't setting the world alight I think that and his salary are the real issues.

Are London taxpayers happy that £120000pa of their taxes are paying for him to reside in the US? Surely private companies are a different issue, it is the companies money not taxpayers

well how amazingly better London is since the appointment of Khan to the top job.

i mean, i was so offended by those 'immodest' adverts for suntan lotion on the London Underground.

Isn't it nice to have a bit of religious fashion sense telling us all what we can or cannot leer at ?

I was saying this to someone a few months back. It's amazing that a huge swathe of people who pontificate about wearing a mask, social distancing, working from home, remote learning & the rest of this bulls***, will be the first ones up in arms when JP Morgan Chase Etc suddenly decide Why do we need to pay someone $120.00 an hour to work from home when we can pay someone $14.00 an hour to do the same work from home in the Laos or Vietnam

i had some free advice for khan, if he wanted to listen.

I was going to tell Khan what he could go and do.

If that was possible lockdown might have been more tolerable.

he"s just working from home, technology permits it and he is saving travel expenses and saving the planet from ghastly aeroplane pollution, maybe should be congratulated? Perhaps he wanted to emigrate to Australia but wasn"t sure he was well enough, so took a trip to California, is recovering, now knows he can go a step further next time, castle styly? Nothing to see here im afraid!

Football : how can a fella grow up in Tooting and end up supporting a team of scousers ?

and how did that not lose the mayoral election for him ?

Surely an election for a mayor on Merseyside would never be won by a supporter of a London club ?

Sadiq Khan is simply the worst Mayor of London since Dick Whittington!
The virus is giving him an extra year and he seems to be doing everything in his power to ensure that London comes out of the pandemic a worse City than when it went in.
He is a bandwaggoner extreme with politics of envy and serious left wing bias being the order of the day.
Ken Livingston was something else but at least he did what he said he was going to do and regardless of my politics I can respect that.
Khan is a weasel and will have done serious damage to one of the best Cities in the world when he gets the heave ho.
Absolutely disgraceful.
