Has anyone got their loyal points for this season? I have not asked for any refund for games but still have not received them. I have contacted the club 4 times and have been told it will be sorted shortly. My son also has gold membership so he can watch U23 games but has received no points for that either.
He should also have been able to enta signed shirt competition but website stated he was not eligible.
Anyone got any ideas who, further up the food chain, I can contact? Contact would be appreciated
