Good points here. To me they're all correct.

-Aging injury prone players that take a long time to recover. And a lot of them.
-seemingly indifferent senior management.
-sclerotic on field management with few new ideas and no ability to motivate players.
-players apparently just going through the motions.

How do you fix things when there is so much wrong? If Palace were a house we'd just tear it down and start anew.
It would be nice to think someone has thought about this and figured a way out of this mess.
I'd say new manager is first steps but then what do I know.
