Can't believe PVA is in. His defensive frailties have been exposed on countless occasions, never more so than this season. What did Mitchell do wrong against Brighton?
Trekkers scored a great goal against Brighton but again, too many times in the past he has flattered to deceive. Mateta scored a great goal as well - isnt it more important to keep his confidence flying?
We know whats going to happen here. Trekkers will have a good game without actually do what he's paid to do. Score Goals!!! Still I guess in RH's view it'll be enough to justify a run in the side which will coincide with a waning in Mateta"s confidence.

i think Roy will rotate Benteke and Mateta until the end of season, then next season Mateta will be the main man, Matate will start against the Scumbags on Wednesday

If we HAVE to go 442 why not play Trekkers and Mateta together?
Eze one side of a four in the middle and Townsend( because he defends better than Ayew) the other and get the crosses in. Ayew is a good option off the bench when the game gets spread.

Don't forget we play again on Wednesday and then next Sunday. Perhaps Hodgson will want Mateta to start on Wednesday along with Mitchell. Today's line-up suggests Hodgson is looking to win this one rather than just ensuring we don't lose it.

If you are going to play two big strikers, then Eze has to be right and Townsend on the left
