Does anyone agree that Thomas Frank would be a great fit for our club? Young passionate and intelligent manager full of hunger to succeed. Builds really exciting squads finding great talent (a bit like Steve Coppell). I really like the football he has got Brentford playing. Would anyone else like to see him take over from Roy?

I’d rather have brentford’s scouting set up if I’m honest. We lack in the transfer strategy massively and I think that they would unearth the gems we require to make the profits we need to improve as a club.

Look at the way the club is run, how they manage to buy and sell at vast profits, how they have built a new stadium. Then look at the shiite show we are and ask yourself what Thomas Frank would prefer.

I personally wouldn’t be averse to his appointment but as others have said, it’s the whole scouting and recruitment set up we could do with joining with him!

As I posted last year when I saw Brentford were interested in buying Ivan Toney,why if they are interested in him, and with their track record of finding gems didn’t we bid for him.

More than one Prem club bid for him but he decided on Brentford as being better move for his career. Maybe one of those clubs was Palace.

My son is studying football analytics and scouting, many courses use Brentford as an example. Their owner Matthew Bentham also owns FC Midtjylland in Denmark Edited by Spiderman (02 Mar 2021 7.56am)

Good suggestion - although with Brentford in with a decent shout of promotion again this year its difficult to imagine TF wanting to discuss any future arrangements until that's clarified - at the moment they are second in the division & would probably hope to go up in one of the automatic promotion slots - (unless of course they hit a dreadful run of form, worst way round you would think that they would at least make it to the play offs)
