| Another one doing the rounds. I think we'll be thrown into any rumour given a young defensive player is either available or pushing for a move. Question is, why would Wovles let him go if he is good enough? Do they have a glut in that position?
So I manage a Workshop which provides a safe learning environment for blokes struggling with PTSD and other mental health issues. Being a Palace fan isn't listed yet. | |

| He has been playing at centre-half at Sunderland, at Cardiff they deployed him at right-back.He has also played at left-back although he is right-footed.

| If we are genuinely after him then we are probably ahead of Sheff U (guaranteed return to the Championship) and possibly BHA (who may well join them).

| Palace would only be ahead of a decent championship club if we are offering 1st team football. Any good player will consider the big picture as regards their career, and Palace reserves is hardly a winning ticket. That is our problem.

| Colleague at work up here in the rainy North East is a staunch Maccum fan. He knows his football too (despite being a Sunderland supporter). I've asked him about Sanderson and he rates him very highly. Stands out in the Sunderland team, a commanding presence who is comfortable with the ball at his feet. He apparently began as a full back but has been moved onto the centre which has been the making of him. Since he arrived at Sunderland there has been a marked difference in how many goals they are conceeding. Now being reported Wolves will let him go for just 2 million. [Link] A must have at this price IMHO.
