Jack Grealish is going to miss up to 10 games because of a shin injury. When i have seen him play his shin pads appear to be a size that an 8 year old would find small are there any of the Palace players that have similar.

I have heard of various explanations about his use of shinpads, but not from Grealish himself!

1.As his calves grew he rolled his socks down exposing his shinpads.
2.He copied George Best.
3.He finds bigger shinpads restrictive.

I wore either my mum's rolled up women's weekly or my sisters Bunty , as we couldn't afford shin pads both worked for me The women's weekly was best more padding

Yeah, that's the spirit. I seem to remember using old newspapers.
