The Great British public could. His supporters couldnít and unfortunately there are enough of those for him to be in power. Johnson is the British Trump and his supporters as morally bankrupt as him and just donít care.

So democracy is now wrong. Morally you or I should choose what's right or wrong for everyone else. We don't want any British Trumps. Who we do want doesn't exist but we can always complain.Maybe Putin could show us what to do. Or someone.

I used to put the manager's name in front of Red and Blue but got fed up with changing it. If someone cool becomes our manager then maybe..

I donít think so. I think everyone should follow the rules and pay what they are obliged to. I am not sure why you think when a rich person does it itís Ďphilanthropy beginning at homeí but when a poor/less well off person does it itís illegal/immoral. Surely it has to be the same for both?

But are said rich people breaking the law to not pay what they're told they can. Whether it's moral is an opinion. You are an accountant danh, and know this is how it is. If self employed have cooked the books and been caught then either; they're stupid or they're stupid. The same for benefit fraudsters.

Democracy isnít wrong. We have the government we voted for and deserved. Itís just a shame itís one devoid of any honesty or integrity and thereís probably enough people similar to vote for it again to keep it in power.

Getting plenty of popcorn in for this one. Should be good. Letting Cummings go was a mistake on par with Trump ditching Bannon.

This would be definitely be popcorn worthy.

With Cummins Cameron and all the other stuff this is becoming more than just unedifying.

Is it getting to the general public?

Should that not be integrity dyson, rather than vacuum? There is a difference

I doubt you will ever see any government, of any persuasion that are not devoid of honesty and integrity

You want to be led by people with honesty and integrity, then be careful what you wish for.

Any kind of collective Government will always be primarily about compromise which invariably involves dishonesty and unprincipled actions.

Nutters like me would be absolutely honest and principled if I had half a chance to run the country and would be burning down almost every major institution to the ground. I have enough self-awareness to accept that it would not be pretty.

A benevolent dictatorship is the ideal that I now believe is the only way to save Western Civilisation but I suspect you might hate it.

Best stick with just voting for the kind of politicians whose dishonesty and lack of integrity disgusts you the least rather than wishing for the kind of ruler who actually does what he or she says they will.

There isn't anything dishonest or unprincipled about compromise. Unless you live alone on a self-governing island, or are a dictator with absolute authority, then almost everything involves some kind of compromise. It's how society works.

Everyone who believes in democracy understands and accepts that to achieve things you need to compromise. Not for nothing are politics known as "the art of the possible".

Politicians even compromise with others in their own party when writing manifestos. Indeed being able to respect the opinions of others and then work together to find mutually acceptable compromises, demonstrates principles of the highest calibre. That of putting collective wisdom above your own opinions.

There are plenty of people with honesty and integrity I would not trust to change a light bulb. David Lloyd George was one of our greatest politicians and as dodgy as they come.
