Why??? We have Tekkers Jordan and in my opinion a quality striker in JPM who hopefully gets a shout.Plus we've some good youngsters coming through.
We need 2 central defenders (keeping Thomkins) more than anything, plus a new contract for Andros. Oh and a Cabayesque midfielder would be nice

I agree with ea-gles. We have more urgent needs with 2 x CHs, 1 x RB, 1 x DM, 1 x RW and re-signing Townsend, Cahill and Ward.

Not for me. King's a journeyman; decent enough but often injured and not a pure goalscorer. We have at least one of those types already (not identical, but same cause and effect - Ayew) and I don't think he's going to supplant Benteke or even Mateta, let alone Ayew. If one of three forwards above is being replaced by King then fine. If not and they're all staying, not interested as poor use of limited funds. As for depth beyond those three, rather give the kids a chance first or go for an Olise equivalent; young, promising, proven at Championship or even League 1 level with the potential to become better than King at his best. Signing players like King doesn't, at least to me, show much ambition.
