The current rule of away goals counting double gets the axe starting next season.

Been a long time coming imho.

It’s always bugged me anyway, why they say away goals count double when it’s not, it’s actually who scores the most away goals.

A rare sensible move from UEFA. Never liked the rule nor understood the reason for it. Should see more attacking football now with the home teams emphasis on trying to win the game rather than not conceding.

Let’s hope they scrap the VAR car crash next…
