Evening all, Sorry to intrude. Not sure how many of you lot are making the trip to Portman Road on Saturday, its been a while since we have gone head to head at Portman Road. Any questions regarding Pubs, Parking or anything else I will try my best to help. Cheers,

Genuine old style in town ground, walking distance to town centre. As I remember large car park where cinema/Nando's are. The one way system is interesting
Responsibility Deficit Disorder is a medical condition. Symptoms include inability to be corrected when wrong, false sense of superiority, desire to share personal info no else cares about, general hubris. It's a medical issue rather than pure arrogance. |

Very much in the heart of the town. The cinema parking may be touch and go on a Saturday. can get quite busy. But there is a Pay and Display car park opposite Cardinal Park. As well as a Matalan Car Park which is totally free and only a 5 min walk from the ground. Not many people have seemed to latch on to Parking there, but I think its the best spot in the town. IP2 0AQ-for those interested.

So I manage a Workshop which provides a safe learning environment for blokes struggling with PTSD and other mental health issues. Being a Palace fan isn't listed yet. |

Big soft spot for Ipswich due to the great teams of my childhood. Some cracking players, Wark, Beattie, Mariner, Muhren and Thijssen. Frans Thijssen ended up coaching the Brisbane Roar for a while and was absolutely useless. So much so that my mate, whos a season ticket holder and watched all his games couldnt actually recall him being here. One way to ruin a childhood memory! Good luck for the season. Would be great to see you come up again.

Back in the day, the preparation for an away game would be to find out the local brewery. It was a always a treat to go to Portman Road and get there early to enjoy the latest offerings from Tolly Cobhold.

When was the last time any of us arseholes went onto another clubs forum and offered this type of assistance, eh?! Good luck to you Ipswichfan123 for the season. Cook seems like the kind of guy to get you back up to the championship. Last time I engaged helpfully with an away supporter was when I advised a few Grimsby fans on places they could drink after the FA Cup game against them two or three years ago. I explained that from Selhurst they might actually be better heading further in to South London towards Balham, Clapham or even Brixton than heading out into Croydon, as the latter might be considered, by the less charitable observer, to be nasty, rough and s***. To which the Grimsby supporter replied 'Mate, we're from Grimsby'.
