Trabzonspor have also made a £4m bid for Palace midfielder Cheikhou Kouyate. say Sky Sports, Might be rubbish but only 1 year left on his contract, if it is true i think he has to take a one year extension or be sold, cant have another player walking for free

He is a PL player albeit a bottom half one so why would he want to drop down a level. I can't see us wanting to sell him nor can I see him wanting to go to Turkey at this stage of his career. So it's a no from me for both club and player. Or put it another way if we are prepared to sell him for £4m I would imagine at least 3/4 other Pl clubs would want him.

He's at an age where he may only have one big payday left in him. And they tend to pay well in the Turkish League. So could happen.

Wages - he joined Palace as he wanted a big contract that WHU were clearly unwilling to pay him. I think he's on over £70k a week. No Turkish club could compete with these wages.
