DANN LEAVES PALACE Scott Dann has left Crystal Palace after seven years at the club after his contract ran out. Dann is looking for a new challenge. Palace were keen for him to sign a new deal.

A terrific Crystal Palace player who did a great job for us. Hope he finds a decent club where he can play on for a few more years. He deserves it.
Dad and I watched games standing on the muddy slope of the Holmesdale Road end. He cheered and I rattled. |

At his peak he should have been in the England squad. A big part in our PL stay and leaves with his head held high.

A great signing for us who kept us solid for several seasons. His time at the top tier was probably up but he'd be a great acquisition for a team challenging for promotion from the championship. Always appeared to be a good leader and solid pro. I can envisage him returning in a coaching role in a few years time. Good luck to him at his next club.

Good Luck Scott, as has been said, great player. IMHO, up there with the best centre backs, since I have been supporting the club. I really hope he gets a good club to see out his career. Still has good to offer.. Good luck..

I did wonder what had happened to him as no news since contract ran out and had departed quietly. Echo all the earlier sentiments was a critical member of the squad in the early premiership seasons, wish him all the very best with his next club wherever that may be. Thanks Scott
