Just a heads up for those going Saturday. A bbs poster has been informed by the Box Office that NO loyalty points will be given on any purchases at the Brentford game. They added, however, that DOUBLE points will be given at a future game ( not specified). Presumably as they have deactivated the season ticket cards.

I did wonder how the loyalty points would work with the removal of the cards. I bought some items at the U23s and you weren’t able to collect the points (just thought it might be excluded due to the nature of the game). And in the club shop, I had to take my receipt to the box office to get them added manually.

Yep typical Palace.. Things left to the last minute or just not done at all. I emailed the club 11 days ago regarding ticket issues... I'm still waiting for a response. You literally couldn't make it up.
Don't waste your time with jealousy. Sometimes your ahead, sometimes your behind, the race is long. But in the end it's only with yourself!! |
