This league will be a reality check and useful learning curve for our U23s who are rapidly discovering that it's still a long way to PL 1st team football. Banks today was a real Wally getting sent off for two silly and unnecessary challenges. Down to 10 men in both the first matches. They are learning the hard way that refs in this league are not as tolerant as those in last year's.

A bit unfortunate to be 1-3 down. Just haven't shown enough composure in front of goal. However, good as the team look in possession, they look poor when Arsenal have the ball. Jach continues to give hope to anyone who wants to make a living as a footballer. Beyond bad. Stupid 2 yellows / red for Banks....I can imagine Paddy will be having a quiet word !

Better for banks to do it here than in a senior game. You stopped posting. Game ended 2 - 4. To a team just beaten 1 - 6 by west ham. Could be a long season.
