? Don't think so. PV made it clear he was unavailable for personal reasons (which is assumed to have been the death of his father). I think he's back in training so should be available for the Spurs game.

Well, Doombear got it spot on & he was pictured on the clubs website training at Beckenham along with the rest of the squad, last week. Whether he gets picked or is on the bench for our next game will be down to PV.

Good news to hear he is back training. Lets hope he is focused and ready to fight for his place. He may have been disappointing last year but hopefully PV can sort him out and get him back to his best. Also the competition should bring out the best in him - if not I think PV will be ruthless enough to move him and others out the door.

Glad to see he is back training. Just not sure if he will get back in the team now, especially given our new tactics. Passing is not one of his strong points and with competition for places in all areas I would think he is behind a few players. Will Hughes will also be pushing for a place too.. Some people are like Slinkies … not really good for anything, but you can’t help smiling when you see one tumble down the stairs.

I'd be surprised if he sees the pitch with any regularity. He's lost significant pace over the past two or three seasons and has been not particularly sharp with the ball. Don't see how he makes it ahead of Gallagher and Hughes but that's just my opinion. I say all this while still being incredibly grateful for what he has contributed to the club. Luka likely to be available for the spurs game. to me - he has always needed ball players around him so that he can do what he does best. With Gallagher there maybe it might work - time will tell

With quicker personnel around him, he might be effective just sitting in front of back 3/4/5. Maybe pick the games he's used. Will have to displace Kouyate for regular time, but that could happen if there are injuries at the back. If, buts and maybe's.
