Is anyone else having problems downloading their season ticket as per club instructions today. Mine is not working.

Mine neither. I downloaded the Palace app. and followed the instructions but when it gets to the critical bit to download the season ticket there is no option download to Google Pay. I have emailed the club but heard nothing. Probably not surprising as they are no doubt experiencing an avalanche of queries. How silly was it to do this 2 days before the next home match.

Update. Got an email from the club at 6.15 regarding my season ticket. It said they had technical difficulties and had added the Spurs as an e-ticket.. I downloaded this to my apple wallet. The message said they were trying to resolve the sending out of the season ticket before the Brighton game.

Its really clever of the club to assume everyone has a smartphone. I am sure many especially the older season ticket holders that don’t. Personally I thought there was nothing wrong with the old card system. Ironically all juniors will receive a card season ticket, which obviously haven’t been received yet. It’s just laughable really that the club leaves everything to the last minute.

I feel as if I'm quite tech savvy but needed help.

My parents are both season ticket holders but don't have smart phones ,shambles ,emailed the club no response ,They are both getting upset as worried about not getting in !

E-mail Boxoffice@cpfc.co.uk informing them of the issue. I had similar problems like most/everyone mentioned here in downloading and so they sent me an e-ticket (pdf that can be printed off) for spurs match home match 11th Sept 2021

I am delighted to tell fellow supporters that i am known to the Box Office as not having a Smart Phone. I have received prints from the Box Office for Brentwood and Tottenham, and expect to receive an access card - valid for the whole season for the Brighton Match.
