Brighton's street are full of uncollected rubbish.

Largest party in council is Greens followed by Labour.

Make of this what you will

Responsibility Deficit Disorder is a medical condition. Symptoms include inability to be corrected when wrong, false sense of superiority, desire to share personal info no else cares about, general hubris. It's a medical issue rather than pure arrogance.

The people of Brighton and Hove must be really stupid or like this environment. This is the third such event in recent years under this councils control. Still it must be good for the planet as it breeds lots of wild animals; rats but hey still animals!

A truly ridiculous Council.
Car haters when they need tourism.
Cycle paths on roads where there already cycle paths on the 4m wide pavements right alongside.
The list is endless in this sleazy and dirty seaside city.

The 'right-on' council that consistently gets it wrong.

I moved to Hove in 1989.

Regardless of which Party was in office, refuse collection has been a regular issue down the years.
