There is no doubt Hamilton is one of the best ever .

The stats back it up.

Where he stands with the other greats who didn’t have all the technology drivers and cars have now is a matter of opinion.

Hamilton has nothing on this guy (except the odd World Championship). [Link]

I used to put the manager's name in front of Red and Blue but got fed up with changing it. If someone cool becomes our manager then maybe..

Red and Blue Army!

Ferrari are a top 3 team now but I haven’t seen their drivers win a race this season or is that somehow different?
Before LH went to Mercedes, Rosberg outperformed MS in the same car. LH outperformed Rosberg over the period they were teammates at Mercedes.
That Mercedes car did little in his first season there but you credit MS and NR with all the success and nothing to LH. So if LH were to go to Williams and win a race, you would simply give the credit to the development work done by the current drivers as you did with Mercedes. As I say - bloke can’t win.

Schumacher won the title in two different teams with cars that was not the best and aided in developing 4 teams this has been stated by the people who was involved in those teams.

He went wheel to wheel with the likes of Senna in an awful car.

Rosberg did not outperform him at all yes he scored more points and you are comparing a guy who had been retired for years was what 43 to some one who had been at the team since it first started in his prime years also look at the results not the points also Schu had a lot of mechanical issues.

You really do need to learn your history

look up about Mercedes Brawn has come out and been very clear about how Schu was the main reason the Mercedes team became what it did and that he played the long game for developing the car for the new regulations which LH walked into he did nothing.

If LH went to the current Williams team and won a race as you state I would give him credit but it wont ever happen the same with all the talk about LH going on about wanting to go to Ferrari he could of many times but wont because they are not going to win him the Championship which is why he stayed its the easy option.

I would point out that Senna disputed the Bennetons 'rapid increase in performance' was within the rules in 1994. He wanted Williams to launch an investigation with the FIA, but this issues was brought to an abrupt end by Senna's death.
Schumacher did go onto Ferrari, where it took a few seasons for him to have an outstanding car. Then, he was unstoppable. Aided by his complicit team-mate of Barrichello (and Irvine).

The drivers rivalry has def been made more than it is for entertainment. E.g. There was no problem between Sainz and Norris at McLaren (I know someone at McLaren) - but it's still a very enjoyable watch with good BTS - and has brought in a whole load of fans.

Lol you wouldn’t give him credit as you seem so blinded by your dislike of him. You make too many excuses and keep changing the narrative. If NR scored more points, more podiums, more fastest laps and out qualified him - he probably outperformed him. But I accept the age and retirement thing and also that he had a few more DNF’s. But outperform him he did - across 3 seasons.
However, by your barometer, wasn’t LH against the same - a bloke who had been at the team since it first started in his prime years?

I wouldn’t go to a team that wouldn’t win me the title either - it’s kind of the point of it!!! But if I was a team manager I wouldn’t hire a driver that didn’t stand a chance of winning it either as, guess what, that’s the point as well. Would you go and work for an uncompetitive company just so some random bloke on the internet can then say ‘you’re not over-rated’ when all the top companies have been happy to employ you because you’re probably the best?

He’s won 7 titles - that’s his legacy.
Even if he did go to Ferrari and won you’d say ‘it’s a top 3 team’ and someone else has done the work (even though they’ve won nothing this season).
Bloke can’t win with the likes of you.

You are missing the point which shows you are another person who doesn't understand the sport.

Rosberg the car was built for him he was there to when it was built also he was in his prime at the time.

You then have a driver who was not in his prime had been retired for years the cars was nothing like the ones when he drove.

He came into the team to develop the team and the car for the later regulation changes so it was a plan for multi years also they wanted at the time for marketing all German line up.

Regarding points etc yes Rosberg scored more points which isnt hard when your team mate keeps DNF due to mechanical issues but look at the big picture in an awful car who managed to drag out the best results this shows true drivers not all about the car.

LH yes the first season you could understand him not being up to par with Rosberg but that was not the season he lost to him the drivers title.

No point even commenting on the rest as already said you have no clue what you are talking about regarding the sport and how it works also drivers mentalities
