Proved yet again last night they are hard to beat. How come they keep getting last minute goals to add to their points tally. Potter is emerging as a good manager and he has put together a good team. But what are they doing to pick up last minute goals? I mean this can’t go on surely. Or could we learn how to do it?

They've only lost 4 league games. Pretty impressive.

An oft used saying in previous generations was that the game may be 95 minutes long but when your playing Man Ure or Liverpool you dont stop running until well after the final whistle has gone - Such was the knack of those teams at getting last minute equalizers or winners - I am sure that if someone took the time & trouble to calculate how many goals these days are scored in that 90 - 100 minute period it would be a shockingly large number & for sure Brighton get their share.

Credit where credit is due Brighton were very very good against Chelsea last night. They are playing excellent football under Potter. If they had more efficient goal scorers they would be even higher up the table. It will be a tough game against them and we will have to be on our game to get anything from the match. COYP

It will be tough and we soaked it up last season and did them on the break. To the footballing it was a disgrace that we did that in the last seconds of the game. I remember the headlines now “ how did Palace get that undeserved victory having been outplayed for 90 minutes” Good old Roy’s reply “ football is about scoring goals and we got 2 very good ones”

Only seen him on tv, but Marc Cucurella looks a good player.

COYP Sometimes they are playing decent football, other times they have been very woeful, so bad that their own fans were booing them (those that bothered to turn up). Most clubs wouldn't play a player who's on bail for sexual assult. Their 2nd best player looks like Sideshow Bob and was accused of calling Eder Militao (Real Madrid) a fu'cking monkey.
It's 106 miles to Chicago, we got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark... and we're wearing sunglasses. |

And to think that we get called out for a little bit of friendly banter about Brighton fans!

More plastic than a Lego warehouse. Should be banned as part of the save the oceans campaign.

I really like Potter, perhaps partly because he doesn't like to beat Palace. He just needs to find himself a club that deserves him

I was wondering who would crack with all this praise of Brighton and come back with some good old fashioned irrational hostility...
