Is it just me or does anyone else have problems re getting tickets downloading etc. I am a season ticket holder with an electronic mobile ticket like most. For Hartlepool they have emailed my ticket with the following message You have selected E-Ticket (Print at Home) I am on latest apple devises etc, but can't print the tickets clearly. I have tried to ring them. No answer. My question is, can I use the tickets electronically from my phone as they have been trying to get us all to do, or do i have to create paper versions which at the moment I can't. The tickets they emailed me have got bar codes etc. Any advice would be much appreciated. So frustrated.

I've had similar issues and found that they are very responsive to e-mails. Customer.Service@cpfc.co.uk Hope this helps!
