Idris Elba, Jermaine Jenas and a couple of birds??

I'm all for Diversity and Inclusion and have nothing against those individuals, but it does seem as though they are just taking the p!ss these days to see how far they can push it.

In light of recent controversies, we should have Harry Kane, Ronald McDonald and Jackie Weaver presenting the next Oscars ceremony.

Now Zaha's got a bit of green grass ahead of him here... and finds Ambrose... not a bad effort!!!!

Dreadfully dull process. It's going to take forever. Think I'll go back to the washing up for some excitement.

What's more Jermaine can't say aitch correctly, keeps saying haitch. Drives me crazy.

Dad and I watched games standing on the muddy slope of the Holmesdale Road end. He cheered and I rattled.

Regarding the two birds. "Would".

England drawn with USA and Iran - neither of which they've beaten in a World Cup match. Oh alright, they've never played Iran.

Palace since 19 August 1972. Palace 1 (Tony Taylor) Liverpool 1 (Emlyn Hughes)

Iran, USA and Scotland/Wales/Ukriane.

I won't argue with that!

Ghana drawn out of the pot.

BBC's Jonathan Pearce: "Ghana will go into Group F by my reckoning"

A few seconds silence.

Wow, Southgate is really thinking outside of the box with his team selections nowadays.

love it when a plan comes together . make sure none of the big boys get knocked out , the world cup is a joke , just do the draw if you get a hard group tough , dont think i will watch much there is no fun in it now .

Yes tbh I'd be more in favour of a completely random draw. That said I'm not unhappy that we've got one of the easier groups, and the prospect of playing Wales or Scotland at the group stages should be interesting.

I wouldnt go that far but its closer than the draw now , and someone explain the point of the red ball , 8 seeds pot one then have a red ball to say they play first really , just say top seeds play first and get on with it

And good luck finding any players highlighting this during the World Cup. They prefer to highlight these and race related issues in countries where there things aren't perfect, but are clearly much better than somewhere like Qatar. They're looking to a profile boost on the world stage, rather than making a stand about fan concerns or the thousands of dead immigrants who constructed the stadiums they'll be playing in.
