Hi, apologies if anyone has posted this before and I've missed it. I've paid for the radio commentaries on the Palace app, but every time I try starting the radio app the app crashes. I can still get the commentary on the website but its a pain. Has anyone come across the same problem before? Any tips gratefully received. I've tried uninstalling and installing again with no success.

I'm so glad that I've seen this post. I've had issues for the last month or so. Exactly the same. Thought it may have been a problem with my phone (Sony Xperia) not sure if you have the same ? It takes me about 6 or 7 attempts to get any commentary and then it cuts out after a few minutes and I have to repeat the process. Really frustrating !!!

No, I have a Samsung A51. Maybe it's an android issue? But yes sounds exactly the same thing.
