According to the ratings vote on imdb.com viewers' favourite all-time episode comes along in Series 7 (the countdown to the Terry-era) 'The Last Video Show.'
Based on 71 votes it received an average of 8.7 / 10.
It's impressive that the final series featuring Dennis Waterman has such an impressive rating, going out on a real high at the conclusion of the Terry years.
As for the least rated, that comes along in Series 10 (the last of the Ray Daley-era) 'The Great Depression of 1994'
Based on 40 votes it received a miserable average of 4.8 / 10.
In fact, the Ray Daley years dominate the worst-rated episodes.
As for me, there are too many great episodes to choose just one, most notably: 'Willesden Suite'; 'High Drains Pilferer'; Rocky Eight and a Half'; I could go on and on, as there are many more.
Anyway, what is your favourite?

Don't remember the titles but the ones with Anthony Valentine as Maurice were good or when Arthur's niece got married and Terry had a load of dirty books in the back of the car.
Really any that had Mr. Chisholm in them.

A number of old wives tales……..absolutely brilliant, every character at their best, especially the brilliant Chisholm, also starred Ray Winstone and Patrick Mower. I’ve watched this episode so many times over years, love it

I had a massive crush on Emma Wray back in the 80’s and 90’s, she was in this episode, so I remember it well
