First Game In - Much Anticipation

Once in the stadium my nerves kicked in on the new season - Can we gel the new players in quickly ,can last season player step up & drive forward ? 1st half we were pressured,Arsenal young guns played quick touch football & lots of movement off the ball ! The Crowd around me said “ oh we are going to be up for a chasing shadows game” - 10 mins to go b4 an Ale & we get going finally putting Arsenal on back foot for a change - missed golden & rare opportunity but promising. 2nd well done Pat your chat got the team moving quicker - rather sit back & wait to put pressure on Arsenal when they had ball - thanks for your words. We deserved a goal - could have been a win if the ball fell in our paths. Alas they got us on the break.Punished ! All Up good game promising areas - can run at them if we choose ! So who do we bring in to be that ATTACKING MID that Conor offered & we really missed ? Who can be our next Talisman as Wilf gets more frustrated in every game ? I think most of us hope we'll strengthen the midfield. We'll get J Mac back at some stage - that's worth remembering. But we do need one, even two midfielders. I'd say we'll get a loan soon - presumably Chelsea, perhaps Loftus-Cheek with an option to buy? Just a total guess. Perhaps sign another - can't think who. I wonder will we sign someone up front though? We've been linked to a few and sometimes the links work out over the long run. So perhaps Sarr, Dennis, Dieng? However, your guess is a good as mine.
