Apologies if this has been covered before. Has anyone looked at getting a refund or partial refund for the Season Ticket + given that the main reason a lot of people bought this extra was because of the resale option? I emailed the box office about what we have as options but not unsurprisingly it has been radio silence!! Just wondering if anyone has had communication with them on this matter?

I have + and the 3 big selling points were - a) Palace TV b) Share / sell your seat c) Free gift If you were a junior season ticket holder you also got a free shirt - If you try and allocate monitory value to the 3 items it would probable work out somewhere in line with as follows: Palace TV £27.50 Gift £7.50 Share / sell ticket £15.00 - So what your claiming for is a value of approximately £15.00 which arguably could be split again to determine a value for the Share ticket = £7.50 + Sell ticket = £7.50 - If you get a reply that dramatically differs from that I would be surprised -

a) Palace TV
b) Share / sell your seat
c) Free gift
If you were a junior season ticket holder you also got a free shirt -
If you try and allocate monitory value to the 3 items it would probable work out somewhere in line with as follows: Palace TV £27.50 Gift £7.50 Share / sell ticket £15.00 -
So what your claiming for is a value of approximately £15.00 which arguably could be split again to determine a value for the Share ticket = £7.50 + Sell ticket = £7.50 -
If you get a reply that dramatically differs from that I would be surprised -

So I would be clamining for more over 50% of the value I paid.

Palace TV was a stand alone extra cost option in previous seasons, its only this season have I seen it packaged in with other items in this + package - I dont remember seeing an option to take the + package without the Palace tv section (even at a reduced price) - but honestly I didn't read the small print that closely In any event best of luck with your claim.

Palace TV was a stand alone extra cost option in previous seasons, its only this season have I seen it packaged in with other items in this + package -

I dont remember seeing an option to take the + package without the Palace tv section (even at a reduced price) - but honestly I didn't read the small print that closely

I dont expect to get anything back at all, I dont even expect to get a response!

As a supporter/customer of the club I just expect a better service. If I pay for something and it turns out not to be part of what I receive then there should either be a part refund or a chance to 'send back' that item.

I have never really had any issues with the club and found the staff (once you get through) to be helpful. Hopefully it is not a sign of things to come.

I decided on opting for the ST+, mainly because I have a operation coming up and I wanted the ease of transfering my ST to friends. Taking this aside, the Palace TV was a good addition, especially with the recent games in Asia. The 10% shop discount and free gifts are an added bonus. I did save £8 recently with a few polo shirts If you cost everything then it was a no brainer for me personally. Key ring £3, Badge £4, Water Bottle £18. Palace TV £32.99 annually (Total £58 retail) My main issue is being able to transfer my ticket. No clear instructions, however i have found a way, but it still doesnt work! Any advise would be welcome, although i have emailed the club for directions

The instructions the club advertised weren't correct. I transferred a ticket for the Arsenal game because of holiday to my sons girlfriend without any problem. Login to your account, select Tickets, then select 'find out more' tab on the season ticket+ icon (main screen). Your name and client ref will appear on the top right. Select that and hit the tickets tab. The games for this season will be shown. Select a game you want to transfer to another person and a tab top right will appear saying 'forward ticket' I selected that and forwarded on to a named person that i added. They didnt need to be a member but i had to supply a name, address, email address and D.O.B. Hope this works for you.

Your name and client ref will appear on the top right.
