Looking very lightweight with no further signings. A disappointing deadline day hasn’t helped our chances of progress this season. I’m dreading a run of injuries. Sorry I can’t give a simple ‘Yes or No’ but I really don’t have the foggiest idea!

Every year I expect us to get relegated. For 9 years I have been thrilled when we have achieved 13th/14th or whatever. Year 10, I expect us to get relegated.

Injuries & suspensions will be our downfall this season.

I would say we have a very good chance of not being drawn in a relegation battle with the current 11, but injuries before Christmas could be very damaging. Imagine if Eze (or Zaha who up to now has been relatively injury-free) are sidelined for a long period?

Lack of adequate cover for injuries and suspensions means we will end up in the lower half. Possibility of Vieira having to blood new players without the luxury of easing them in first.
