Keeping a generally healthy lifestyle,plenty of exercise,good nutrition,sensible drinking,maintaining healthy weight should see me and others achieve 80+.but who knows ??

I’m 66 and apart from having some annoying health issues, none of which are life threatening I’m hopeful that I’m good for another 20 years. My dad is 90, lives in a retirement apartment and still has his independence so with any luck I’ll follow in his footsteps.
