Since 2010 we have only been victorious in 3 out of 9 games played on Boxing Day, only scoring 6 goals in these games. I am certainly not confident of a victory against Fulham.

Since 1970, our home record against Fulham has looked shabby. Historically the most prevalent result is a draw. Overall, we have rarely won at Selhurst. Stats fans would not countenance a Glaziers win here and that's the way I feel, too. Lots of us will remember that goal and the result and felt we were slipping back down with a whimper, but if I remember rightly it was Fulham who went down that season which we would not have believed after that game. So let’s keep the faith
