Derry worked wonders at Notts County, but for some reason they sacked him. Maybe not so perfect! Derry is clearly not the answer. After initially keeping Ntts County up he was sacked in his 2nd season with County just off the relegation zone. He also managed Cambridge and my Cambridge supporting mate is not complimentary of his time there.
