PV approach was : we need to shoot more , need to be decisive, but we are learning yet doing well ( passive very non aggressive) Conte approach: passion every game , calls a shovel a shovel , rues lack of on pitch passion & not playing for club but pulling huge wages

the measure of any manager is past success. So Conte wins every day of the week. The World is full of armchair experts and tv pundits who can rip into the flaws and faults of every manager or club or footballer.
