Not been a great reaction on Social media so far to this announcement… Got to say, I’m not impressed if my own experiences of Ticketmaster and Stub Hub are anything to go by…thoughts?

I've got a current issue with Ticketmaster USA. Their customer service is simply appalling. I resold some tickets to them and because they will reimburse me by cheque they say it will take 12 WEEKS ! I believe Palace are just using their platform ( at least to start with ), so it won't be a full blown Ticketmaster offering.
