Looks like JRS is going out on loan again with Ipswich playing in the championship. I really hope nothing is signed until our manager situation is sorted and he has been assessed in pre season. I really hope he would be good enough for OUR squad.

Our bench looks very predictable, despite 9 being on it, and subs are usually direct replacements (Mateta for OE, or vice versa etc). JRS would offer us something different in the last 20 minutes of games. Don't think he's ready to be a starter but it's a squad game these days. If his appearances are limited we can always loan him out in January.

Also, it may be that the club see Ebiowei, who has already had exposure in the Championship at both Derby and Hull, as the bench option for that position. I trust the the club to know what's best for JRS's development and if that's a stint at Championship club Ipswich, so be it.
