It's like trying to compare Picasso and Rembrandt both are good it becomes about personal taste. It's why I don't care about awards they have always been either about following a trend or a favourite person* / cause or simply corrupt.

He is right of course in general. He is indeed largely right, and I don't imagine for a moment he will be "cancelled" as a result of speaking his mind. I agree though that the colour of a person's skin should not matter at all. Whether that is the original, or the actor, unless the context of the role explicitly involves racism.
