Of course, because the closer you get to the end of the window the bigger the weeks become. When nothing happens this week next week is really a very big week. Eventually we’ll sign someone.
So who are we after? Adams seems likely (that’s been all over the media) but Olise looks likely to go. We’ll swap our top draw, world class winger with your slightly ropier one. Worked with Clinton and AJ so you never know. But Chelsea? Why go to that s***e club? Needs another season with us really but suspect they’ve tapped him up and everyone will see pound signs that they won’t spend on a replacement.

Nowhere too hot, I trust. None of those Mediterranean places with temperatures into the 40s, where even a sartorially correct gentleman like Willo would struggle to maintain the required attire of blazer and cravat.
