Our esteemed director of football has apparently been at Old Trafford today securing us a new signing in a position we desperately need to fill !!
Dean Henderson (any different to Butland ?).
Another injury-prone player to go with Wickham and Ferguson in recent years but hopefully not latterly the unfortunate Franca.
Having been to Brentford today, where we looked in need of a new right back and someone with a proper cutting edge up front, do we actually have a policy to strengthen ??
In all the years I have followed this club (since 1973), our financial resources currently cannot have ever been greater surely, yet it doesn't really seem like it.

We 100% need another top flight goalkeeper. If anything happens to Johnstone, not forgetting he missed a fair bit of last season, then we'd be absolutely fvcked.

Henderson would likely have sell on value and is proven at the level.

But we need to get two new full backs and a centre forward who's prepared to work for team.
