Must say I don’t begrudge anyone their stance but I am cheering Wilf on tonight.

Looks massively off the pace however. Could it be a blessing in disguise to not see him plummet downhill becoming almost a burden for us?

That’s probably a bit dramatic after watching him for 10 mins, would still love him to sink United here, but did cross my mind.

Now Zaha's got a bit of green grass ahead of him here... and finds Ambrose... not a bad effort!!!!

Love it Wilf scoring. Pity he didn’t front up the Stratford end with hands behind his ears.

The Galatasaray manager had been having a go at palace and English football not so long ago, saying that Wilf had suffered physically over here and the result was that he had to recover.

Hes only just started to play for them. I think the Utd game is just his 4th game. But boy do they not use him right. How many times in the first half was he open on the left and they just went somewhere else.

I had read in the media that some of his teammates dont think hes up to it, now after watching countless pass opportunities go by in the first half, wonder if there is a truth to it.

Ex-Palace player, in fact the most iconic Ex-Palace player (possibly) plays in the Champions League at Man U, Scores in a 3-2 win. Surely that's something to smile about...

and you can smile even more when you remember Wilf is also an Ex-ManUre player. ManUre may have doubted his ability to get it into the net at Old Trafford, especially in topFlight competitions, like the Champions League.
